It is my firm conviction that the passive architecture is the best tool to build the habitat of the 21st century, as well as being the most optimal way to achieve the Nearly Zero Energy Buildings determined by Directive 2010/31/EU for 2020

Therefore, I am a Certified Passive House Designer by the Passivhaus Institut and a member of the International Passive House Association IPHa. Currently, I develop projects of passive houses and I offer passivhaus consulting service.

In the field of research, I am developing the PhD thesis proposal "Design, housing and Passivhaus standard".

I was born in Pamplona in 1980. Summing up my curriculum, I studied architecture at the University of Navarra School of Architecture and at the Barcelona School of Architecture. I graduated as an architect in Barcelona School of Architecture in 2006. I am a Master in MTPPA in Theory and Practice of the Architectural Design by the Barcelona Tech in 2009, and since 2011 I am an associate professor of the Department of Architectural Design in UPC- Barcelona Tech at the Vallés School of Architecture and Barcelona School of Architecture.

As an architectural designer,  I highlighted public works such as the Access Pavilion of the Aristides Maillol Municipal Sports Center in Barcelona (2011), a project selected for the Contextes - Vogadors exhibition at the Architecture Pavilion of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands at the Venice Biennial 2012 or, after winning the ideas contest in 2010, the Municipal Center for the Elderly of Burlada in Navarra (2011). Both projects as a founding partner in MAGMA ARQUITECTURA office (2007-2013).

As a consultant architect, I would highlight the consultancy as team leader of Architecture for BAC Engineering Consultancy Group in Definition Design, Construction Design and Execution Design in TB05 project of buildings B32, B33 & B38 in the ITER complex in Cadarache, France. (2014-2016).
